We are not the official dealer of the luxury watches that we sell. Every watch comes with an authorized company warranty. Warranty begins when you buy the item, but the warranty length depends on the official company.
If any issues arise with your watch, it must be returned to us. We have a dedicated service center with a team of highly qualified and professional watchmakers to assess and repair the watch accordingly. The repair time will depend on the nature and extent of the damage.
If a piece of jewelry breaks, return it, and we will fix it. Our qualified jewelers will diligently work on repairing the piece and strive to return it to you within 14 days. The amount of time it will take to fix your item may vary depending on its issue.
The warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage like finish, crystal, or straps (fabric, rubber, or leather) due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wearing the watch under conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance limitations, or damage due to physical and accidental abuse.
Luxury Souq can handle warranty repairs for your item. If it is open or fix by others, the warranty will be cancelled. During the warranty period, Luxury Souq will take care of all the costs for parts and labor, depending on our assessment.
