Shipping Policy

We will ship anywhere in the world with any of the world’s trusted carriers (exclusions apply):

For domestic shipments:

  • Free Shipping All over United Arab Emirates.
  • Delivery time within UAE is 2-3 business days.

For international shipments:

  • FedEx
  • International Delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Everything that leaves our store is fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during its transit so you can rest easy knowing that your investment is protected. All of our packages in insured by an independent third-party insurance company. Obviously, some of the time an item will exceed the limits of the insurance policy. In such cases, we will use a secure armoured carrier to get your package to you on time and in immaculate condition. Again, charges for these services will apply and will be provided at the time of purchase.

If personal delivery is something that you might be interested in, it involves the fewest people between you and our warehouse and might be the most secure means of getting the piece to you. We have a full-time staff member who does just this and will deliver your product to you personally. (This may apply in United Arab Emirates only.)

Shipping to an address other than the billing address when paying with a Credit Card:

Because of the heightened risk of fraud associated with shipping luxury products, Luxury Souq prefers to ship items to the billing addresses of their purchasers. We do, however, realize that there is often a desire to have the item shipped to an alternate address. If you would like that a package is shipped to an address other than your billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and have them add an “Alternate Shipping Address” to your account with them. It is a very simple and routine process that shouldn’t take longer than a few minutes to complete. In turn, it adds a level of security to your purchase that simply isn’t worth overlooking.


If you are based outside of the UAE, you may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs office for further information.


In for any valid reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase send it back and we will refund your order. If you are planning on returning an item to us, it must be returned in its original box with everything it came with. For any items purchase, tags MUST be attached as they were upon arrival or we cannot accept the return.

The only fees you will be responsible for are return shipping costs, and for international customers, any duties or value-added taxes.


Return & Refund policy subject to management approval on some products which is high value.

If the good was delivered and for whatsoever reason deal had to be reversed, our maximum obligation liability is limited to the invoice amount.

Refund could be in cash or cheque or transfer or whatsoever mean that Luxury Souq prefers.

The refund time frame could take up to a month.

We have the rights not to refund special orders or deposits – we can claim the loss and return the balance deposit upon manager review approval.

Credit card transactions will be refunded after bank charges.

The item must be shipped to us after we provide you confirmation so that we receive it within 7 days. In addition to the above, the following must be taken into account depending on what you purchased from us and want to return.

Watches must be returned in the original condition, with all protective plastics/tape and hang tags intact, and with all accessories, including boxes and papers. Until you are positive you will be keeping the watch, kindly refrain from wearing it. It is almost impossible to wear a watch for even a day and for the watch not be blemished or scratched. Please do not have the bracelet sized (links removed), or any straps cut.  Also, note that special and/or custom orders do not carry any return policy.

All jewellery must be returned to us in the original condition, with all of the original included items consisting of boxes and papers, and with tags attached. Resizing of rings, bracelets, and necklaces done by the customer voids the return policy.


We may have to cancel an order for products before the products are delivered:

  1. due to an event outside our control or
  2. unavailability of stock.

If we have to cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you. Our max liability is the received amount. We are not entitled for other charge or compensations.


All Watch manufacturer offers international warranty from the initial date of purchase from Authorized Dealer.

Since we are not an authorized dealer of any of the watches we sell, the manufacturers might not honor warranties on watches bought through us. However, Luxury Souq provides Six months.

In the unlikely event that something does go wrong with your watch within 6 months warranty from the date of purchase on us, the watch would need to be sent back to us. We have our service center with a team of highly qualified, professional watchmakers.

Once we repair, we provide 1-month time frame to check the item repaired and Free service for any remake. Authorized Service Centers of the Brand might not acknowledge the repair made.

In the unlikely event that part of your jewellery breaks within 2 years of the date of purchase, you can send it back to us and our qualified jewellers will repair the piece and get it back to you, usually within 30 days.

The Luxury Souq warranty covers all watches and jewellery for the period of Six months from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover damages such as scratches, finish, crystals, glass, straps – leather, fabric or rubber, damage due to wear and tear, damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer’s water resistance limitations, and damage due to physical and/or accidental abuse.

The period of your warranty repair is valid for 1-30 Days. If the warranty is expired, we do fix after confirming the Quotation entitled for repair.
