We are customer-friendly in all sense whether it is buying process or return policies. Our return policy comes with a time period of 30 days i.e. you can exchange or return the product within the 30 days of your purchase. Any return or exchange after 30 days of purchase will not be entertained.
To claim a refund or return, you should make sure that the product is used with the price tags intact. It should be unused and should be in the same condition at the time of delivery. The original packaging should be intact as well.
One thing to note here that if you have used any sort of gift-cards and coupons while making the payment, it won’t get refunded to your account. Only cash or card payments can be claimed for a refund or return.
The process of refunds (when applicable)
Once you placed the request for a refund, our executive will connect with you for the pickup. We will notify you once we receive the product. Our quality team will inspect the product closely and check whether or not it fulfills the refunds conditions. Once the inspection is over, we will notify you whether your return request has been accepted or not.
If the product is eligible for a refund, you will get your money back directly in your account that was used at the time of making payment. Usually, it takes 7 to 10 working days to complete the process.
The delay in the process
If any delays have been caused, we would request you to get connect with your bank first. If things are fine at their end, we would suggest you contact our executive to look into the matter. Though delay from our end is a rare thing, we immediately accelerate the issue.
The possible cause for the delay
- Late updating in the system of the bank.
- Technical issues from the bank or our end.
- Some time the inception takes extra time which delays the refund process.
Refund or return of Sale items
All the items which are categories in any sort sale then they are not eligible for return or refund. Only regular priced items are eligible for it.
We have very customer-oriented exchange policies as well. However, you need to fulfill some basic criteria in order to claim an exchange.
- Exchange can be done if you receive any damage or defective items.
- The original packaging and price tags should be intact.
Return or exchange of gift items
If you have ordered the product as a gift to you or someone else then the refund we will issue a gift credit or gift certificate to you that you can redeem anytime.
