Artisans practicing their craft at this level are few and far between, and Patek Philippe will never compromise on qaulity by scarificing its standards and increase production quantities. This particular very fine and rare model is the ref 5180/1g-001 skeleton timepiece.
Now discontinued, it is made in an all hand-polished 18ct white gold case and held on a Manufacture made 18ct white gold bracelet. Fitted with the highly complicated and decorated Manufacture calibre 240 SQU ultra-thin skeleton mechanical self-winding movement with full hand engraving. Blue sapphire crystal edging around the skeleton dial and finished with a sapphire crystal glass and case back.
